Dia 26 - Writing down my affirmations...

Affirmations are simple, supportive phrases that can help you focus on your goals. They also might help lift your mood. So when you're tackling a tough project like quitting smoking, affirmations can be very useful. They might seem silly at first, but they actually may help.
Below are a few affirmations we suggest. You might repeat them out loud if that helps. And add your own. Some people memorize their favorites, or write them out and put them where they can see them. Either way, affirmations can help you appreciate all the good things you've accomplished.
  • I've managed to stop smoking
  • Lots of people support me
  • I'm a freer person than the one I used to be
  • I'm happier since I've been quitting smoking
  • I know I can stay away from cigarettes
  • I have a better lifestyle without smoking
